In Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer, NGC.83 was born from the passion of a competitor — Sébastien Biondi, jet ski Rally Raid world champion — and the desire to pass it on. A team of certified instructors, machines built for performance, and one playground: the Bay of Les Lecques.
The founder
Sébastien Biondi
The sea has always been his playground. Sébastien Biondi grew up in Les Lecques with one obsession: water sports. At 40, he has two decades of top-level competition behind him.
French Speed Champion in 2007, French Endurance Champion in 2011, and at the top of the world rankings in Rally Raid with two runner-up world titles in 2020 and 2021, before claiming the world champion title in 2022.

Sébastien founds New Gliss Center 83 at the port of Les Lecques. The idea: give summer visitors access to the machines and to the bay he has known since childhood.
