Is it dangerous, especially for children?
No, it’s one of the most accessible activities at the centre. Full briefing before departure, CE-certified life vest mandatory for every passenger, and the driver adjusts the speed to the group — much gentler with kids or beginners, more sporty on request.
At what age can children ride on the tube?
From age 6, provided they can swim. Kids wear a CE-certified life vest sized for them and sit in the middle of the tube for extra comfort.
What is the difference between a sofa-style float and a disc-shaped float?
The couch tube fits 4 people sitting side by side, bench-style. The disc tube fits up to 6 people in a circle — more social for larger groups. Sensations are similar; the choice mostly depends on how many of you there are.
Can we come as a group? How does that work?
Yes — in fact, it’s the best way to enjoy the activity. For groups of 10 or more, contact us for a custom quote — we adapt the number of rotations and the driver to the group size.
What happens if the weather doesn't cooperate?
The Bay of Saint-Cyr is very sheltered — we run sessions on the vast majority of days between May and October. In case of strong mistral wind, rough seas or a weather alert, the outing is cancelled: depending on the case, we offer a reschedule or a refund.
What should I bring? Do I need a wetsuit?
Swimsuit, towel and sunscreen are enough at the height of summer. Restrooms available at the harbour office.
