before you book.
How many people does it take to call a group?
From 20 people, we switch to group pricing and scheduling. Beyond that, we handle the logistical coordination (rotations, welcome, dedicated pontoon).
Can children participate?
Yes — the towable tube, wakeboard and wakesurf are accessible from age 6. Jet ski and flyboard are reserved for ages 16 and up, due to insurance constraints.
What is the payment process for a corporate seminar?
Standard business invoicing (quote + invoice), agreement possible, payment by bank transfer or card. We can secure the date with a 30% deposit.
What if the weather doesn't cooperate?
We reschedule to another date — free of charge — or we refund. Safety comes first, and we steer clear of events ruined by the sea.
Can I give a bundle as a gift?
Yes, all packs are available as gift vouchers (paper or e-card), valid for the current season.
Will you be providing the catering/appetizers?
It’s not a service we offer ourselves, but we have plenty of local tips! Waterfront restaurants, caterers, coves for an impromptu apéro… ask us, we’re happy to share our favourite spots.
