Is a boating license required?
No — only for self-guided ‘Rental’ packages. ‘Tour’ packages without a license are led by a state-certified instructor riding their own jet alongside you — you ride your own machine under constant supervision. No prior experience required.
At what age can you start riding a jet ski?
Minimum 16 years old to ride, with parental consent until adulthood. In duo mode, the passenger must be at least 1.20 m tall in order to plant both feet on the jet, and must know how to swim.
Solo or duo—what's the difference?
Solo: you ride alone, the machine is all yours. Duo: you ride with a passenger seated behind you on the same machine. Duo is ideal for sharing the experience with someone who doesn’t want to — or isn’t tall enough to — ride alone.
The 2-hour Tour can be ridden 1 or 2 people per jet, but with at least 2 jet skis in the group. If both riders meet the age requirement, they can take turns at the controls on presentation of their ID.
Where are we going on the hike?
The route adapts to the weather and the group’s level. For the 1-hour tour, we head for Bandol if the weather is good; otherwise the instructor adjusts the outing to suit conditions. For longer formats, we can hug the coast towards La Ciotat, round the Bec de l’Aigle or approach Île Verte. The route is adjusted in real time depending on the sea state.
What happens if the weather doesn't cooperate?
In case of strong mistral wind, rough seas or a weather alert, the outing is cancelled. Two options to choose from: reschedule to another time slot, or refund. The exact terms are detailed in our terms and conditions.
What should I expect for packages that include a permit?
Three mandatory items: your ID, your boat license (coastal endorsement), and a credit card for the deposit. Without these three, the session can’t start.
